Analysis of the basic method of molding pe coated rubber seals

(Summary description)The pe coating rubber seal molding method basically includes four steps of mixing, pre-forming, sintering and cooling.   Some pe coated rubber seal are made by one-time pressure above the melting temperature. This molding die is called a hot stamping die, and the corresponding PTFE die is called a cold stamping die. When molding pe coated rubber seal, attention should be paid to the influence of compression ratio (4-6 for PTFE) and molding shrinkage (generally 2.6-4.5% for PTFE) on the product.

  Three necessary conditions for long-term storage of pe coated rubber seal

  1. The storage room temperature of pe coated rubber seal is preferably below 30 °C to avoid high temperature aging of the seals; 2.
